Erik brings with him to the firm extensive litigation experience and is a current member of Washington County’s Criminal Defense Consortium. For the past five years, Erik has represented clients in various criminal proceedings in Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas counties. Erik is qualified through the State of Oregon to represent clients charged with major felonies, including Ballot Measure 11 offenses.
Additionally, Erik practices in the areas of family law and juvenile law. He represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations proceedings, including divorce, modification, support, and FAPA restraining orders.

Prior to forming the law firm of Bucher & Greenspan, P.C., Jeff worked at one of Portland’s largest and most prominent family law firms where his practice focused on the representation of clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, custody and support modification, and FAPA restraining order proceedings.
Jeff has extensive litigation and courtroom experience. He has represented clients in all aspects of the litigation process and is highly familiar with the many complexities that are involved in a domestic relations case.
